Onboarding — From contract to active client.

The third stage turns a signed contract into a ready-to-go client — automated account setup, portal access, kickoff meeting and the first documents. No email ping-pong, no forgotten step.

What onboarding means here

The building blocks of this area.

Everything runs on the same platform as the other areas — no data breaks, no handover by Excel.

Contract & pilot automation

The pilot becomes an annual contract automatically.

Automation
The 60-day pilot flat rate rolls over automatically into the 12-month contract once it ends — populated from the configurator. A cron job handles the clean conversion without manual work.

Portal access

Your client gets their own cockpit.

Client accounts are created, team members invited and assigned roles (owner/admin/member). The client portal and the internal CRM are strictly separated — fail-closed.

Kickoff & appointments

The start is scheduled before questions even come up.

The kickoff meeting is set directly through the booking tool; the invitation and reminder go out automatically. Everyone involved knows when things begin.

First documents

Everything important is ready from day one.

Onboarding materials, strategy and approvals land in the client portal — versioned and traceable. The client sees right away what's being worked on.

4

Strategy and first documents are released — the client is active.
Position in the platform

Stage 03 of 5 — Onboarding.

Onboarding closes the gap between "signed" and "running". After that, Operations takes over the ongoing delivery.
